Read the book, haven’t seen the movie, and it really seems different.
From what I gathered from the trailer, the population in the city is really high – in the book the book, the place is a wasteland.
Also, Deckard doesn’t find out about Roy Batty right away, he actually hasn’t even heard of him untill like maybe 3/4 in.
Also, I hear they left out the religion, which was a huge thing in the book.
Well, I’m gonna see this movie anyhow, but I’m afraid the nitpicky things are gonna bother me.

The best sci fi movie ever!! in my humble opinion, it beats 2001, star wars, clockwork orange, brazil, terminator 2, aliens, heck even METROPOLIS the first ever sci fi film.
